Description
Blue Snow Dog
Our Blue Snowdog is a cross between a Snowdog BX1 mother and Breeder Steve’s sativa-dominant Blue Satellite 2.2 dad we’ve used in some of our other outcrosses.
Blue Snowdog is an easy grower both indoors and out. With good resistance to mold and little to no nutrient sensitivity, itg gives the grower the best of both worlds – highly potent medicinal quality weed from a plant that does well indoors or out without much fussing over.
The Snowdog (bx, originally from REZ) was worked by Esben at Hybrids from Hell in Denmark, infusing mold resistance and speed with an outcross to his HP (Core’s Amnesia crossed to Danish and Swiss landrace genetics), then incrossing back to the original Snowdog mother. The result is a Snowdog with all the potency, complexity and depth the original Snowdog is known for, but with a faster flowering time and little to no mold issues. Perfect for the Pacific Northwest outdoor grower.
By pollinating this awesome Snowdog cultivar with our sativa dominant Blue Satellite 2.2 male, we’ve added a berry and forest phenotype into the taste experience while maintaining the potency and medicinal qualities. And although Snowdog can turn beautiful purple hues with colder temps, there’s increased chance of purple phenos with the addition of the Blue Satellite.

Got blue snow dog seed as a bonus pack in my first order from ogs.
Grew it out in Hawaii, started seeds on vernal equinox. Had 90% germination and two female out of nine plants.
I had my first harvest in late June. Clones finished in early July. Even with an unusual cool wet period in bud, I didn’t have much issue with mold (I did on other strains)
Good medicine and my favorite plant in 25 years of growing (other than my g13 in the 90s…) Even veteran smoker made comments like “I’m on the couch” and “great stuff” after a sample.
Just got another bonus pack with my recent order, so looking forward to the next crop.
Happy growing.

i just thought of doing this today, after ordering again from Deb ( pachy kush),
but i bought the beans last year. anyways, i had great success with this strain. i’m an amateur, and the plants were very forgiving and gave me nothing but love in return. i still have a jar of bud from the best harvest, which happened to be 2nd out of three, and would grow will grow it again.
my highs were motivating, and hungry. not in a “eat the cupboard empty” way, but more mellow. warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream would do it.
i don’t remember how many females, i know i need to keep a log, but they showed for me real early and easy. i think a better gardener could really get some nice flowers out of this strain.
i believe Deb is trying to do something good here, she has been nice to me, and i would recommend “Blue” and OGS.

Hey Chayim, I saw your order splash by in the wave of restock orders and it made me smile.
Thanks so much for your communications with me, and for taking the time to share your thoughts and your kind words here about my work with our beloved plant.
White light and blessings to you and yours at this time of year!

Growing out a decent blue snow dog female in an outdoor medical grow in Hawaii.
Had 100% germination in three days. Culled as needed for sex and plant limits.
Plant is vigorous and relatively pest free. A bit small but, I’ve found this strain to be fairly unimpressive in veg and early flower. She seems to finish very well, though…
Hope to post results of the finished product next few weeks.
